About Tattoo Apparel

The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale Perpetual Vogue - Tattoo Apparel and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our website. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted on our secure check out page. We now also accept Google check out and Amazon Checkout for your convenience. You may also choose to pay by Paypal and will be directed to their site to complete the payment should you choose that option. We accept checks and money orders from within the U.S., check payment shipments are held until the check clears. International Customers from Australia, Canada, Japan and Western Europe may pay by credit card. International Customers in other parts of the world should choose Paypal for making payment. Our check out system matches IP addresses for security reasons. We also accept International Money Orders payable in U.S. funds.

Price

All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply. Customers shipping to an address within California will be charged mandatory 8.25% State Sales Tax. International Customers are responsible for any and ALL duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their government on incoming shipments.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship Worldwide with the exception of a few high risk destinations. Shipping charges apply to all orders unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart and will vary according to the merchandise price and destination of order. Our Shipping rates can be viewed by clicking on the blue Shipping Info link at the very top of this page.

International Customers should note that Delivery times quoted are estimates / averages only as we cannot control Foreign Government Agencies. International Customers are responsible for any/all Customs Fees / Duties / Taxes / VAT charged by their government on incoming shipments. If you are not familiar with your Government's Customs and Tax Polices please check with your local Government Agencies as we have no control over Foreign Government Tax Rates and Procedures. We now ship most International orders with dhl or Express Mail as this is much faster than First Class Mail and is trackable.

We normally ship items within 1 - 2 business days of payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Twice a year our shipping department will be closed for a few days to conduct inventory. Customers who place an order during that time will receive notice of the short shipping delay in their order confirmation email.

For domestic orders our Standard Shipping is normally by Priority Mail (with a few smaller items shipped by First Class Mail). Customers can choose to upgrade to Express Mail Shipping at a higher charge during check out.

Our Standard Shipping for most International Orders is by dhl or Express Mail. Canadian customers may choose First Class Mail for smaller orders but should be aware that this shipping method is slower than dhl or Express Mail shipping. As noted above buyers are responsible for all fees charged by their Government on shipments.

Refunds and Returns

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:

We extend our Returns time frame in order to accommodate customers that wish to start their Holiday Shopping early. Items that are purchased from October 1st, 2011 through December 23rd, 2011 for Holiday Gifts have an extended time frame for returns. Items bought during that time may be returned up till January 23rd, 2012. Items being returned need to be in New Condition with tags attached. Call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Having your order number (it will be on your packing slip and order confirmation email) will help expedite the process as we need it to look up your order. If you prefer to do a size exchange on a gift item we will be happy to assist you if the item is in stock.

REGULAR POLICY:

We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of receipt of item AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Just give us a call toll free at 888-458-7440 or email us at Sales@TattooApparel.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Items must be in NEW (unworn other than a careful try on) condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund item purchase price - shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that some limited items such as underwear,Specialty or Custom Order Items and Gasoline Glamour Leather Vests are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.

We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 15 days of receipt of the item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process, receive an Exchange Authorization Number and so that we may set aside the different size you need to be held for you.
